NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a simple way to measure customer loyalty. It asks one key question: “How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or family member?” Customers answer on a scale of 0–10, and are grouped into three categories:

Our overall Net Promoter Score is 80, and we’ve been consistently surveying our customers since October 2020, five years of listening, learning, and improving together.
