Heating oil prices are subject to change, sudden peaks and dips are largely due to the price of crude oil. Prices for heating oil can fluctuate quite dramatically over time due to weather, demand and global production increasing or decreasing. Our team will be able to give you a quotation for your heating oil over the phone or you can get an online quote here. When getting a heating oil price, you should always be given the pence per litre price (ex VAT) and the total price including VAT.
If you choose to use an online broker to purchase your heating oil rather than going direct to a local fuel distributor, you may have to pay an extra services charge, this can sometimes be hidden in the order process, so make sure you thoroughly check any online quotation.

The majority of domestic boilers off the main gas grid use kerosene commonly referred to as heating oil or burning oil. If you are unsure what type of heating oil your oil-fired boiler or range cooker uses our team will be able to help advise you.

The minimum quantity which can be ordered is 500 litres. However, by ordering a larger quantity you can benefit from a lower price per litre. If you are unsure how much heating oil your tank can hold, the capacity is usually embossed on the tank. Your tank gauge will be able to tell you how much oil is already in your tank. If in doubt, please call us and we will happily assist you.
We require payment at point of order, which can be made over the phone or via our website when ordering online. We also offer both a savers plan and a budget plan which are designed to help you budget the cost of your heating oil. Please let us know if this is something you would like to discuss.
We offer a variety of delivery options including a Premium 3-day service, and an Economy 10-day service. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, excluding Bank holidays, we also offer weekends during busy periods. You don't have to be home for the delivery, so long as our driver can easily access your tank. In the event, that you have run out of heating oil or moved into a new property with no heating oil we will always do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible. If you think access to your property may be tight, please let us know so we can check if you need a smaller tanker.
