New to Heating Oil

If you've recently moved home and are new to heating oil, our friendly team are on hand to help you place your order and answer any queries you may have. We've also put together some useful advice below to help get you started.

What do I order?

The majority of domestic boilers off the main gas grid use kerosene which is commonly referred to as heating oil. If you're unsure what type of heating oil your boiler or range cooker uses our team will be able to help advise you.

How do I order?

You can order your heating oil by calling us on 01476 576200 and our friendly team will be happy to assist. Alternatively, you can complete the quote request form on our website, and we'll call you back.

How much heating oil do I need to order?

The minimum quantity which can be ordered is 500 litres. However, by ordering a larger quantity you're able to benefit from a lower price per litre. If you're unsure how much oil your tank can hold, the capacity is usually embossed on the tank. Your tank gauge will be able to tell you how much oil in already in your tank. If in doubt, please check with your local technician.

How do I pay for my oil?

We require payment prior to delivery, which can be made over the phone. We also offer both a savers plan and a budget plan which are designed to help you budget the cost of your heating oil. Please let us know if this is something you would like to discuss.

When will it be delivered?

We offer a variety of delivery options including a Premium 3-day service, and an Economy 10-day service. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. You don't have to be home for the delivery, so long as our driver can easily access your tank. In the event, that you have run out of oil or moved into a new property with no oil we will always do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible. If you think that access to your property may be tight, please let us know so that we can check if you need a smaller tanker.
