Heating Oil Delivery Information

We offer a range of pricing options for your heating oil delivery, including:

  • Economy - within 10 working days
  • Standard - within 5 working days
  • Premium - within 3 working days
  • Next Working Day (subject to availability)

In the winter period, when demand for domestic heating oil can be extremely high, delivery times may vary. We recommend checking your tank level on a regular basis and ordering in advance. In the event, that you do run out we will strive to deliver to you as soon as we possibly can. You're also able to collect smaller containers of oil from our Grantham depot should you have a heating oil emergency.

All of our drivers are fully trained and accredited to deliver your fuel without assistance, which means that you don't necessarily need to be in to have your heating oil delivered. We can efficiently deliver your heating oil and will leave you a delivery note to confirm the amount delivered. However, it is important to make sure that our drivers will have safe access to both your property and your unlocked heating oil tank.

What If I've Ordered Too Much Heating Oil?

When ordering your central heating oil, it can be difficult to know exactly how much oil is still in your tank. If in the event, that we have not been able to deliver the full amount that you ordered, the amount dispensed will be shown on your delivery note. We will only ever charge you for the amount delivered. If you're new to heating oil and unsure how much to order, please contact us on 01476 576200 and our team will be happy to help. WCF Chandlers Covid-19 Statement 05/11/2020

With the latest restrictions across England coming into force today, we would like to update our customers and reassure you all that WCF Chandlers will continue to be fully operational.

Our management team have been meeting regularly to discuss the COVID-19 outbreak, and followed all advice given by the government to make our workplace COVID safe. We can confirm fuel deliveries will continue to take place for our domestic, commercial and agricultural customers. Our focus is to continue protecting the safety of staff and our customers, whilst at the same time ensuring the continued delivery of our products and services.

Getting in touch with us

You will still be able to contact us between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, on your usual depot number to place an order. We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and whilst our customer service team are working hard to answer all incoming enquires, there may be a slight delay getting through to us over the phone.

Some other ways of contacting us are to email sales@wcfchandlers.co.uk or via Facebook Messenger; both are being monitored within business hours and we aim to respond within 1 hour. You can also order online during none office hours via https://www.wcfchandlers.com/

Our delivery services

The UK fuel supply chain remains fully operational and there are currently no supply issues.

To protect our drivers, we have asked that they limit contact with customers where possible. Ideally, no contact is preferable, so making sure they have access to both your property and oil tank will be very helpful. We can send you notification of your delivery the day before we intend to come, via email or SMS, to help you plan for your delivery. We are also asking that tickets are not signed, as an additional precaution.

We are operating in unprecedented times and we understand how unnerving the situation is that faces us all today and ask for your patience and understanding. We also know that many customers will be spending more time at home this winter. Due to this, we are advising all customers to be prepared and ensure you always have an adequate level of heating oil in your tank.
