The delivery was great. However, didn't like the chasing for payment - 3 or 4 calls a day is a bit much, particularly as I am a long standing customer and wasn't late with the payment.
I would like to consult ed on the prise to be I used 3 days before delivery.

We always get polite, prompt and efficient service from WCF Chandlers, from payment plans through to email reminders and any dealings we have with the office, everything is straightforward. Delivery is on time too, with “day before” notifications and emailed delivery notes, we don’t even need to be there to meet the delivery. Finally the price is competitive, our local buying group is always slightly better value than the Internet groups offering bulk prices, so why would we ever look elsewhere?
