The Cold Weather Priority (CWP) scheme has been designed to help home heating fuel suppliers prioritise fuel deliveries to vulnerable people who may be susceptible to colder conditions.
This is to ensure they have the fuel they need to stay safe during periods of extremely cold weather or fuel shortages. We are committed to helping any customer aged 75 and over that might benefit from this scheme.
