There’s no obligation to place an order. Registering your interest just means we’ll keep you informed about your local group’s delivery schedule, so you can decide when it’s the right time for you.
We set the price for your village’s group on Thursday, the group closes on Friday at midday, and deliveries take place the following week (Monday to Friday). This helps us secure the best possible price for your home heating oil and pass those savings straight on to you.
When you place your order, we’ll take your debit card details to reserve your slot, but no payment is taken until after delivery and the price is confirmed. You’ll only be charged for the exact amount delivered.
If you’re on our Monthly Savers Plan, we’ll simply deduct the cost from your account balance. If any top-up is needed, you can pay the rest by card over the phone.
