There are many reasons why your oil-fired heating system might stop working, before contacting your heating oil supplier check that you have in fact run out of heating oil. Once you have confirmed that your tank has run dry, call us on 01476 576200 to place an emergency heating oil delivery.
To help avoid heating oil emergencies in the future, we always recommend regularly checking your tank level and planning ahead. By getting a new quote and arranging a delivery in advance you are less likely to run out. Not only will you reduce the risk of running out, but you will also be able to take advantage of the 10-day economy delivery service which comes with a lower price per litre than the premium delivery services.
Our Tank Smart service offers you complete peace of mind that you will never run out of heating oil. Our app allows you to see exactly what is in your tank on a weekly basis, and we will fill your tank on your behalf as required. So you can enjoy hassle-free home heating and say goodbye to the worry of running out - it really is like being on a mains supply!
For a small fee of £7* per month, you can rent a tank smart unit directly from us.
This includes the cost of having your tank smart unit
installed and monitored throughout the year. With this option, the tank smart
unit remains the property of WCF Chandlers and will need to be returned should
you wish to end your tank smart service.
